Who is a good candidate?
Beyond the position specific skills outlined below, we are looking for IT operations-focused engineers who want to contribute to the Digital Rebar platform. Our platform engineers turn routine DevOps/SRE processes into a catalog of reusable, zero touch workflows that can be adopted by our global customer base. We are looking for people with a passion for eliminating the toil of systems administration.
Members of our team have the opportunity to participate in multiple roles including community engagement, customer support and heads-down automation content development.

Open: Sales / Services Engineer

What you will do
- As a Sales Engineer you will be accountable for 2 key and critically important areas of our sales process:
Obtaining “technical wins” on sales opportunities by working with our customers’ and prospects’ technical champions to ensure they understand how RackN can help them achieve their objectives. Most of the time this will be supporting self-trials. This includes:
- Fielding technical questions on RackN product by customers
- Preparing and providing Demo of RackN product to customers
- Developing new Demo scenarios to highlight features based on customer requests
- Building basic automation scripts or expanding on existing scripts
